ASSOCIATES
*This is on top of your hourly wage. You will only receive this until the store is “All-Star free”.
If you are a Clean-Up or Helper Associate, you can still apply to transfer and you are eligible for a $2 All-Star Premium until the store is “All-Star free”.
Transfer Bonus Incentives
Each Associate is responsible for their own relocation. However, In-N-Out does offer a transfer bonus to Associates relocating to new markets. Details of the transfer bonus are outlined below:
PLEASE NOTE: The transfer bonus is intended for Associates relocating to the Idaho Market. Shift Managers and All-Star Associates are not eligible for the transfer bonus.
